Collie, Western Australia

As you walk through Collie, you can almost feel the town's history, with its roots deeply tied to the mining industry. One of the current owner on the street, warm and friendly, even offered me a cold bottle of water as I painted, embodying the welcoming spirit of Collie.

There’s something about a country town that gets under your skin—the way the past and present weave together through its architecture, landscape, and people.

Collie’s identity, shaped by its history and its community, is something you can truly connect with when you take the time to engage with the locals. It’s a place that invites you to discover its story and fall in love with its sense of belonging.
